On the right side of the Blog page,you can see a list a people who are following the Blog.
You can also follow the blog.The steps are as follows.
1.Click on "Follow"
2. Select Your existing account either in Gmail, Yahoo or Twitter.
3.Enter your Username and Password and sign in.
Thats it, then you will be following the blog.
If you want to see your photo, then you need to upload your photo in the corresponding account you selected. eg.gmail or yahoo or twitter.
